PROCESSING TIME

THE CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 18 BUSINESS DAYS

 

Processing time is the time it takes to put your order together & put it in the mail.

Blackbird is run by one person. Please be patient when waiting for a shipping notification. However, if you have any questions at all or need an accommodation, please send me an email & I will get back with an answer ASAP.

Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time.  

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC (U.S.) All domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $3.25

CANADA & MEXICO All North American international orders ship for a flat rate of $9.00

INTERNATIONAL All other international orders ship for a flat rate of $13

ALL ORDERS (DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL) OVER $100 SHIP FOR FREE.

 

COMBINING ORDERS/ ADDING ADDITIONAL ITEMS

If you would like to combine two or more orders together please send me an email! I am more than happy to ship your orders together, but please keep in mind that combining them voids the processing time of the first order & your new processing time (for both orders) will be the stated processing time the day of your newest order.

Please include the order number of your first order in your email!
The code to remove the cost of shipping will be given to you in your reply.
Please send an email even if you already know the code!

If you are local to the Columbus area & would like to schedule a pick up just let me know!

 

TAXES & CUSTOMS

Blackbird Cosmetics is located in the great state of Ohio. Due to tax laws, all orders shipped within Ohio will be charged sales tax.

All international customers are responsible for his or her own duty fees.
Please do not ask us to write incorrect information on your customs form.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. There will be no orders mailed out before payment is received. Blackbirdcosmetics.com currently accepts the following payments:

  • Credit cards
  • PayPal

Blackbird does not currently accept checks, money orders or cash.

 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Blackbird Cosmetics offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, feel free to return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Returns by Mail:

  • Get in contact with us! Send us an email via the contact form, please include your order number, the things you would like to return & the reason you would like to return them.
  • Once verified, you will be given a return order number & the address to ship products back to. Items should be packed up safely & shipped as soon as possible. Blackbird does not cover return shipping, customers are held responsible for postage charges on returns.
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges), once the shipment is received.
  • In order to maintain integrity & sanitation, Blackbird promises to never resell any returned products.
